ways to serve
At Foundation Church, serving is one of the primary ways we live out the gospel together. God has uniquely gifted each of us to build up the Body of Christ and make His love known. Whether you serve behind the scenes or on the front lines, every role matters and helps point people to Jesus.
ADMINISTRATION
The Admin Team serves the church by supporting organization, communication, and behind-the-scenes details that keep ministry running smoothly. From data entry and scheduling to helping with events and communication, this team allows pastors
and leaders to focus on shepherding and teaching.
PRAISE TEAM
The Praise Team leads the church in glorifying God through song. This team is made up of vocalists and musicians who desire to serve with humility, skill, and a heart for worship. Our goal is not performance, but to help the church respond to the truth of the gospel together.
PRODUCTION TEAM
Live Stream: Help extend our worship gatherings beyond the building by running and monitoring online services.
Audio: Support clear sound for worship, teaching, and special events.
Video: Assist with cameras and visual storytelling during gatherings.
Video Editing: Help edit sermons, testimonies, and ministry content for online platforms.
Podcast / Video Room Creation: Serve by helping create and maintain spaces for teaching, discipleship, and digital outreach.
No experience is required—training is provided.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE
The Building Maintenance Team helps care for the space God has entrusted to us. From basic upkeep and cleaning to small projects and seasonal needs, this team helps create a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for worship, discipleship, and community.
FOUNDATION KIDZ
Foundation Kidz volunteers help teach children the gospel in age-appropriate, engaging ways. By serving with Pre-K through 5th grade, you help children see how all of Scripture points to Jesus and lay a strong foundation of faith that will shape their lives for years to come.
FOUNDATION YOUTH & TEENS
The Youth & Teens Team invests in middle and high school students by walking alongside them as they grow in faith. Volunteers help teach, mentor, and model what it looks like to follow Jesus, use their gifts, and live on mission in their everyday lives.
